Standard power outlet is needed within 50 ft. of castle's setup area.
We provide 50ft extension cord. If power is over 50ft of setup area, please let our team know. We do provide generators for an additional cost $95 required for parks.

This castle cannot be setup on gravel, mud or sand under any circumstance. For safety reasons, we do not set up on rooftops, balconies, or on windy days (15mph+)

Sprinklers system must be turned off and pets must be put away.

Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day.

• We do NOT set up on dirt, gravel, or uneven surfaces.
• Absolutely NO FACE PAINT is allowed on our equipment.
• There is a $100-$150 Refundable Cleaning Deposit. (This is refunded 2-3 business days after your event)
